We are now sold out of indoor vendor space. If we get enough vendors wanting indoor space, we will open up another building. To get on the indoor waiting list, please email [email protected].

Outdoor space is still available. Please complete steps below to book an outdoor booth.
Certificate of liability insurance is no longer required by vendors.

Exhibitors must apply before April 1, 2024, to be considered.
Spaces will sell out, so apply early to be considered. 

An additional application is required for all food truck vendors.

Overview

Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor/vendor. If you want to meet new potential customers interested in the outdoors, the Northwest Hunt Fest is a wonderful opportunity to reach your target audience. The Northwest Hunt Fest will reach thousands of hunting enthusiasts who are interested in hunting education, scouting technologies, guides, and the latest in hunting equipment, camo, and backwoods gear. Our hunt fest offers a wonderful opportunity to showcase your products and/or services. 

The Northwest Hunt Fest invites exhibitors/vendors of all types of products or services that support the hunting community. Hunting or outdoor-related arts and crafts vendors are also welcome.

Booth PRICING & DETAILS

Exhibitor Booth Pricing

It is our goal to make the show affordable for exhibitors big and small. All INSIDE booths include back and side pipe and drape.
A booth package is available at a low cost.
A $50 deposit is required to hold your booth space.
The deposit will go towards your total booth fee. 

  • Non-profit – Standard 8×10 booth  – $125
  • For-profit – Standard 8×10 booth – $225
  • Booth package – ($35) includes: (1) 8ft. table, (1) black fitted table linen (2) padded chairs
  • Add 10×10 pop-up tent ($35) (outside booths)
  • Add electricity ($35)
  • Additional tables and chairs available upon request

Other details

  • Vendor check-in and move-in is Thursday afternoon (May 9th from 3:00 – 5:00pm) and Friday, the first day of the festival (May 10th from 8:00 – 10am).
  • Vendors may access booths one hour prior to show opening.
  • Vendors will receive (4) four passes good for both days of hunt fest.
  • Anticipated weekend attendance is 5-10K. We expect to grow this audience significantly in future years and this year’s exhibitors/vendors will receive priority placement in the 2025 hunt fest.
